Goods Delivery Service

Choose the product you want from an online store in Germany, Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the USA or Japan, register on the PērcEU platform and get access to our warehouse addresses in these countries, which you can use when ordering goods from foreign online stores.

We will deliver your goods to Latvia within approximately 1–14 business days from the dispatch date. Your parcels can be delivered to a collection point, to an address convenient for you by SmartPosti/DPD courier, or to the nearest SmartPosti/DPD parcel terminal.

You can use the PērcEU service not only to receive purchases from various foreign online stores, but also to receive parcels sent by private individuals. For example, you can use the PērcEU warehouse addresses provided to you to receive parcels from relatives or friends living in other countries. Parcels are sent to our warehouses abroad, and we then transport them to Latvia.

• Delivery from Germany, Spain, Poland, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Lithuania, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the USA and Japan. Goods of various sizes can be delivered to our warehouses from different online stores – including stores that do not offer direct delivery to Latvia.
• Fast delivery. Parcels received from online stores are regularly dispatched to Latvia and delivered within approximately 1–14 business days.
• Safe and convenient. Each user has access to the system and is assigned an individual user number (ID), which is used when ordering goods. Parcels are insured until they are delivered to Latvia. Received parcels are registered in the system, where the user can manage the order, arrange delivery or wait for other parcels to arrive in order to combine them into a single order. The user is notified by email about any changes to the parcel status.
• Parcel consolidation. The parcel consolidation service costs €0.99 for each parcel starting from the second parcel. Parcels from EU countries cannot be combined with parcels from non-EU countries. Parcels can be consolidated abroad or after they have arrived in Latvia. Parcels are not stored at foreign warehouses – they are dispatched with the next available shipment. You can wait for your parcels free of charge for up to 20 days. After this period, a storage fee of €1 per day applies. Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified: additional parcels cannot be added, the order cannot be split or otherwise changed.
• Competitive delivery price. By shipping goods with PērcEU, you can save significantly. In many cases, we can offer a lower delivery price than the one offered by the online store.
• Product price, exclusivity and quality. Buy products at more attractive prices than in Latvia. Due to greater competition and a wider product selection, high-quality original goods are often available in foreign online stores at significantly lower prices. You can also purchase products that are not available in Latvia.
