To use foreign warehouse addresses, you must verify your identity. Click "Verify identity", choose a payment method and pay €1.00. Your first and last name must match your bank details – only then will we confirm your account.
After verifying your identity, you'll see the foreign addresses assigned to you (in Germany, Spain, England, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, etc.). When ordering purchases, always provide the exact address, your first and last name, and your customer number (ID). This ensures the parcel reaches your account.
When your parcel arrives in Latvia, its status in your account will change to “Parcel at the distribution centre”. Then pay for the service and choose your preferred delivery method: parcel locker or courier delivery. Once the payment has been received, we will dispatch your parcel without delay and notify you by email and through your account.
